CreatorOS Partners

Affiliate program terms

The rules of the CreatorOS Partners program in plain language — what you earn, how sales are tracked, when you get paid, and what's not allowed. By joining the program you agree to these terms.

The program

The CreatorOS Partners program pays you a commission for customers you refer to CreatorOS through your unique referral link. It's free to join and approval is instant — there's no minimum audience size and no sales quota.

When you join, we generate your referral link and a partner dashboard where you can track clicks, sales, and your pending and cleared balances. These terms apply to every partner from the moment you sign up. If you don't agree with them, don't use your referral link.

Commission rates

You earn a percentage of each qualifying sale that comes through your link. One link covers the whole product ladder — the checkout offers the order bump and upgrades automatically, and you earn your rate on each step a buyer takes.

ProductPriceYour rateYou earn
Starter Kit$2750%$13.50
Templates+ (checkout add-on)$1750%$8.50
Complete$9750%$48.50
Done-With-You$29740%$118.80
Inner Circle$37/mo30% recurring$11.10/mo

The dollar figures above are plain arithmetic on each list price, not projected earnings. Inner Circle pays 30% recurring for the lifetime of the subscription — you earn $11.10 each month a member you referred stays subscribed, and the commission stops when they cancel. Commissions are calculated on the amount the customer actually pays; taxes, discounts, and processing adjustments are excluded.

Attribution & tracking

We track referrals with a cookie and confirm each sale through Stripe. Here's exactly how a sale gets credited to you:

  • 60-day last-click cookie. When someone clicks your referral link, we store a cookie in their browser for 60 days. If they buy within that window, the sale is credited to you.
  • Attributed through Stripe. Your referral code is carried into the Stripe checkout as order metadata, so credit is recorded against the actual completed payment — not just a click.
  • Last referrer wins. If a buyer clicks more than one partner's link before purchasing, the most recent link clicked (within its 60-day window) gets the commission.

Cookies depend on the buyer's browser and device. Attribution can be affected by cleared cookies, private browsing, cross-device journeys, or ad-blockers — factors outside our control.

Clearing & payouts

Every commission passes through a short clearing window before it's paid, so refunds and chargebacks resolve first. Your dashboard shows each commission's status.

Pending
A commission is recorded as Pending the moment a referred sale completes.
Cleared
After the 14-day clearing window with no refund or chargeback, it moves to Cleared and becomes payable.
Paid
Cleared balances are paid out monthly via PayPal, then marked Paid in your dashboard.
  • 14-day clearing window. This mirrors the buyer's 14-day money-back guarantee. Commissions move from Pending to Cleared 14 days after the sale, provided the order hasn't been refunded or disputed.
  • Monthly PayPal payouts. Cleared commissions are paid once a month via PayPal for balances of $10 or more. A balance under $10 simply rolls forward to the next month until it reaches the threshold.
  • Add your payout email. Set your PayPal email in your partner dashboard. If we don't have a valid PayPal address, cleared balances hold until you add one.
  • Refunds & chargebacks. If a referred order is refunded or charged back, the related commission is voided. For recurring subscriptions, commissions stop when the subscription ends.

FTC disclosure rules

Promoting CreatorOS is promoting a product you earn money from, so U.S. law requires you to say so. These are conditions of participation, not suggestions:

  • Disclose clearly. Every post, video, email, or page that carries your link must make your affiliate relationship obvious — for example #ad, the words “affiliate link,” or a plain statement that you earn a commission. Put it where people will actually see it, before the link.
  • No income claims. Don't promise or imply what a buyer will earn using CreatorOS, and don't present your own affiliate earnings as typical or guaranteed.
  • No misleading statements. Describe the product, its price, and what's included honestly. Don't invent features, results, scarcity, or endorsements.

Follow the FTC's guidance on endorsements and disclosures: FTC Endorsement Guides: What People Are Asking.

Prohibited conduct

The following are not allowed. Traffic or sales generated this way don't qualify for commission:

  • Self-referral. Buying through your own link to earn a commission on your own purchase.
  • Spam & unsolicited email. No spam, purchased lists, or messages that violate CAN-SPAM or any platform's rules.
  • Trademark & brand-keyword bidding. No paid-search or ad bidding on our brand terms — including “CreatorOS,” “BizBot,” and close variants or misspellings — and no using our brands in a domain or ad copy that implies you are us.
  • Coupon sites & cookie-stuffing. No coupon/deal-site placement, forced clicks, iframes, pop-unders, auto-redirects, or any technique that sets our cookie without a genuine click.
  • Misleading claims. No deceptive, false, or unsubstantiated statements about CreatorOS, its pricing, or its results.

We may withhold commissions on traffic that violates these terms and terminate any partner account for cause. Cleared commissions already earned on legitimate sales are unaffected.

Changes to these terms

We may update these program terms — including commission rates, windows, and rules — with at least 14 days' notice, posted on this page and/or emailed to active partners. Changes apply going forward; commissions already earned under the prior terms are honored under those terms. Continuing to use your referral link after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

Earnings disclaimer

Affiliate income depends entirely on your own audience, effort, and how you promote — many affiliates earn nothing. Nothing on this page, in the program, or in any CreatorOS material guarantees or promises earnings. This program is new and has no performance history, so any figures shown anywhere (including commission-per-sale arithmetic and illustrative scenarios) are examples only, not projections or typical results. You are responsible for any taxes on commissions you receive.
